Some Key Points

Driver should have high Concentration & Talent
Low Agression

Driver Wage should be under 1mil (if you can)

Only Update car as required. Try not to be tempted to Upgrade early.

Signing New Sponsor.
Target 1 sponsor with good negotiation value. Set to Very High negotiation.

Upgrade your Pit Prac and Commercial programme to at least 15 Asap

You don't have to test in Rookie. It's too expencive

Please add more

Ash

Concentration is good for a driver for Qual

Talent is good for Wet

Stanima - will finish off races stronger

Aggression should be low or zero until pro league

Charisma makes negotiations better with sponsors

Technical insight and Experience lowers your setup gaps

Weight of driver should be under 85kg

Car -

Find your gaps out

To do this you need to find both outer and inner gaps in your setup and find the value - in rookie roughly 110 - 130 gap!

Then divide that by two and +/- to your set up to find your split.

5 laps to find your settings in practise and last 3 to find your wing splits.

When practise your wingsplits should be even for first 5 laps.

Last three make adjustments and work off of Net time only. This will be the determining factor of appropriate split of the car
